Project Overview

The Radio Station Rugby Housing Development is a significant project situated on the site of the former Rugby Radio Station, once home to the world’s largest radio transmitting facility. This historic site was where, in 1927, the first transatlantic telephone service was established, linking the UK to the USA.

The development comprises 352 residential units constructed using a progressive brick build approach. Given the site’s rich heritage and the project’s scale, a meticulous approach was essential to ensure both efficiency and safety throughout the construction process.
