Our bespoke software, Tuubes, makes visibility across projects possible through live data, available to view on any computer or mobile device.
We understand how important it is for construction companies to know that their sites are compliant and safe without having to physically be on site.
We have been able to provide this data by transforming our traditional paper-based system to a fully digital platform. Customers have access to this data at any time, from anywhere, across multiple projects.

Handover Certificates
All of our handover certificates are digitally created through the Tuubes software. This means all TG20 or design reference information and loadings are pre-set on the certificate.
Once signed, the certificate is instantly emailed to your designated contact and permanently stored on the Tuubes portal.
This allows quick access to key information, including:
– The specific work handed over and the date.
– Who conducted the handover and who signed for it.
Weekly Inspection Reports
Each week we will conduct an inspection to ensure the scaffold remains safe for use and has not been tampered with or damaged in any way. We generate an inspection report within the Tuubes system.
Upon completion, each inspection report is emailed to your designated contact and stored on the portal for easy access.
Should an issue be identified, it is documented with photos and the details are sent to the scaffolder for immediate resolution. Once resolved, the updated inspection report will show the issue as identified and closed, including photographs of the now-corrected issue.
