Serious about health & safety

Safety is the foundation of every project we take on. Our team is trained to NASC and CITB standards, we hold industry-leading accreditations that reflect our commitment to best practices and strict compliance with UK health and safety regulations. Every scaffold is designed, installed, and inspected with care to ensure a secure environment for companies, contractors, and the general public.

Accreditations represent a dedication to maintaining the highest standards in scaffolding safety. We take every step to protect both workers and the buildings we work on, through detailed risk assessments, digital handover forms and weekly inspections on our scaffold.

Our Accreditations

Accreditations demonstrate our commitment to safety, quality, and compliance, ensuring that every project meets the highest industry standards. They provide independent verification of our expertise, professionalism, and adherence to best practices, giving customers confidence in our work. By maintaining these certifications, we uphold our responsibility to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient scaffolding.

Environment, Social Values and Governance

Environment

Our environmental responsibility is built into every part of how we work. We operate a fully paperless system and use digital tools to streamline operations and reduce waste. Our fleet includes Euro 6 trucks and electric vehicles, and we encourage shared transport through mini-bus ride initiatives. Routes are planned with fuel efficiency in mind to help cut emissions.

We are committed to sustainable sourcing and material life cycles, with a strong focus on waste reduction and recycling across our sites. Many of our partners and suppliers share our environmental values. We are proud to be working towards becoming FORS accredited and aim to be a carbon neutral business by 2028.

Social Values

We believe in creating a workplace where everyone has the chance to succeed. Our partnership with CITB allows us to provide apprenticeships and learning opportunities for young professionals and those that are looking to move into the construction industry. We also invest in continued training for all staff to support career growth.

Our commitment extends beyond the business. We support a range of local clubs, including Banbury Women’s Cricket Club and Banbury Rugby Club, and we regularly provide our services to charities, schools, and community groups. We also attend career events to inspire the next generation about careers in construction.

Inclusivity and wellbeing are central to our values. We uphold an equal opportunities policy and support mental health through our ‘Mates in Mind’ initiative, ensuring our team feels respected, supported, and empowered.

Governance

We take pride in maintaining high standards of compliance, safety, and ethics. Our business holds key industry accreditations including SMAS, Constructionline Gold, SSIP, and NASC. Our policies are regularly reviewed and carefully written to reflect our commitment to transparency, responsibility, and legal compliance.

A dedicated team member oversees our ESG efforts, ensuring we stay aligned with evolving standards and best practices. We have clear policies in place covering anti-bribery, data protection, and responsible sourcing, as expected from an industry-leading business.

Investing in the Future: Our Dedicated Training Centre

Our Training Centre plays a key role in how we build skills, grow careers, and contribute to a stronger scaffolding industry. Designed with apprentices in mind, the facility provides practical, hands-on training in a safe and controlled environment.

Trainees learn more than just the basics. Sessions cover safety standards, compliance, and advanced scaffolding techniques, all delivered by experienced professionals with real-world industry knowledge. This approach helps apprentices apply what they learn directly to site conditions and project challenges.

By investing in structured training and development, we’re supporting a skilled and capable workforce. Apprentices who train with us are equipped to meet today’s standards and tomorrow’s demands, both within our business and across the wider industry.

Our Apprenticeship Scheme

At Allsafe Scaffolding, we believe in building strong foundations – not just in our scaffolding structures, but in our team. That’s why we’re committed to developing the next generation of scaffolders through our apprenticeship programme.

This year, we welcomed 12 apprentices into the business, each embarking on an exciting journey to become fully qualified scaffolders. Our structured apprenticeship plan ensures they gain the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience needed to thrive in the industry. Over the course of three years, they will complete:

✔ On-the-job training with experienced mentors
✔ Industry-recognised qualifications
✔ CISRS Part 1 & Part 2 residential courses
✔ Practical assessments to achieve full qualification

By the end of their apprenticeship, they will be fully trained scaffolders, ready to take on the challenges of the industry with confidence. We’re proud to invest in young talent and support their growth within the business.
